The IntraSource Desktop Managed Service option provides a comprehensive
solution to keep your network devices up and running with the least amount of administrative
headache. Our monitoring agent that is applied to each and every device manages
your Windows updates and your antivirus updates, monitors critical hardware functionality,
Windows services, disk capacity, connectivity and more! In addition, we will send
you alerts and notifications of critical events, informing you when there appears
to be a problem and therefore helping you quickly resolve the issue.
As an added feature, we offer you the option of total outsourced desktop management.
On a fixed-cost basis, our trained technicians will monitor and remediate your covered
network devices, letting your staff ease the burden of management and the daily
requirements associated with those devices!
Comprehensive reporting for each desktop is available to you via our customer web
portal, giving you detailed analysis and trending of your devices and their operations.
